Graduates’ Grade Point Average (GPA) is not considered the most essential in working place, however what is seen more important is soft skills namely communication skill, reliability, collaboration, motivation, adaptability and interpersonal capability with value orientation on effective performance. Seeing the soft skill’s importance for students, thus IPB Directorate of Student Affairs and Career Development held a soft skill training that contained numerous materials, including workshop on penetrating multinational companies, job recruitment test simulation consisting CV making, interview and FGD. This activity expected for IPB graduates’ soft skill enhancement, therefore broaden graduates’ probability to be recruited in many multinational companies and international organizations.
